Excellent coffee and pastry. Tables were dirty as well as the floor. Server claimed that the twelve ounce cup was a sixteen ounce. Three sizes available- small, medium and large. Claimed the small was 16 ozs.
Visiting Boston, came here for breakfast/brunch. Let me just say, this place is so cute! The food is delicious and the workers are friendly. Not much seating just a heads up. Loved this place so much that I will come back when visiting! Turkey BLT was so good and also their home fries! Hot chocolate and cinnamon muffin was also tasty. 5/5 stars :)

A simple but picture perfect cafe on an out of the way corner on Boston's North End, Caffe Lil Italy is a nice spot for morning coffee and Italian vibes in the neighborhood. We enjoyed lattes in the corner window seat. With views of the Old North Church and nonnas making their way with groceries down the crooked streets, it was enough to make you think you were in Europe and not Boston.
