Ordered through Uber Eats. Received bag 1 of 1 which only had a burrito in it. I ordered a burrito, chips, salsa and two Topo Chicos. This was clearly a local issue with the restaurant itself not ensuring all items were in the bag. Bad oversight/training by management and staff. Three out of four items missing. Not a way to ensure repeat orders.

My burrito bowl was delicious and consistent with all other chipotles. However, the service was terrible. The person ringing me up didn’t ask me if I wanted chips/drink and just told me to “tap”. I asked for chips and she had to cancel the transaction and seemed really annoyed at me. I didn’t have the guts to ask for a drink too bc she would have needed to cancel the transaction again. I received the worst service I have ever received in my life from this location and I am a former server/waitress myself. The preparer gave me a terrible attitude before I could even specify what I wanted in my bowl and it left such a terrible taste in my mouth.Idk if its terrible/toxic management or over-scheduling that filters down to the attitude of the staff there, but whatever it is they need to check it so the atmosphere can be better for employees and patrons alike.TLDR:...read full review
