Ah yes a downtown Boston Chipotle, where they have a pickup shelf but you have to go to the register and ask the employee to hand you your order due to rampant theft. Even better: no one in this store speaks English, so if you mobile order. you need to point to the bag that is yours (even spelling your name is incomprehensible to the employees). One of the worst Chipotles I have been to. I’ve gone a few times and it’s always been a bad experience. They don’t have enough staff and the ones that are working there are clearly overworked because they are rude and don’t listen.I’ve done both in location and mobile ordering. Ordered take out online - chicken burrito bowl with guac on the side. Despite leaving a 25% tip they only put about half the regular amount of meat in the bowl and only filled the guac container 80% of the way. Not expecting a tip to get me extra anything but why am I tipping if you skimp on my order just because I wasn't there in person to ensure you didn't?
