Always a mess here and the food is flavorless- literally tastes like nothing. The employees seem like they hate working there. Watched one curse out a customer yesterday and was shocked. Also ALWAYS trying to overcharge. Consistently bad. Not sure who is in charge of this chipotle but it's one of the worsts I've been to.
They were late getting my online order ready. While I wish Chipotle would get their apps timing figured out the local branch made the effort to apologize and worked hard to get the order out. The chipotle in my home town just tells you to call the 800 number if you’re unhappy. They were about ten minutes late but made sure to acknowledge the issue and helped make it right.
