I was in Boston for PAX East. I saw this little cafe was close to the the convention center so I wanted to check it out. I got the Fisherman's Platter which was fried clams, calamari, shrimp, and haddock. It was so good, I honestly didn't think I was going to finish it all lol. You can tell their seafood is fresh and really good quality. There isn't much of an atmosphere but with food this tasty that really doesn't matter.
I had heard about this place from a local and I had always wanted to try it. I finally made the time to go and it was awesome. They are only open for dinner one day a week which is on Friday nights until 8:00 p.m. I ordered the fisherman's platter because it offered a variety of seafood. It had shrimp, haddock fillet, calamari, scallops, fried clams with the bellies, french fries and coleslaw. The service was prompt and efficient and the food came out quickly. Nice little spot that left me pleasantly surprised. The ham and cheese omelet I had was really good. The potatoes that came with them tasted a little odd, but overall the food was great.
