I bought one of the travel cups and found out later that day that it wS broken. The coffee I had got in it happen to leak inside the cup in between the 2 sides. I checked it to see if it was cracked anywhere or leaking from the outer cup but was not. I did send a message on the app about returning it or getting g a credit and they said that because they are Individually owned they could not do anything and had to go back to the store I purchased it from. Never a manager presence here. Feels like I’m bothering them when I’m asking them to complete a mobile order I made. Only care about their drive thru customer. 8 people working can’t make a coffee in 10 minutes.
