I can't say much about the atmosphere or the service but the food. Is absolute garbage. I work right down the street and unfortunately I can't leave to go get food during the day so occasionally I'll give them another chance thinking there is no way they can screw this up. This is the closest DD with a drive-thru and I've visited this DD for years. But recently the service has been terrible. The staff are always playing around and sitting on the counter....disgusting!!! Then there's one Latino guy who uses the "N" word to address another staff in front of me and other customers.
