Out of the many Dunks that I've gone to, this is surprisingly one of the better ones. It's newly renovated, so it's very bright and airy. I usually just order on the app to pick up and it's usually fairly quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, like other Dunks around the area. The coffee quality is honestly way better than the Brookline Ave location, but too bad this is out of the way for me. This is definitely the best Dunkin in Boston. I've worked at the nearby Brigham and Women's Hospital since 2019 and they have kept me fed and happy since then. Getting my morning Dunkin was the highlight of my day during COVID and even now I can always rely on them for breakfast. Every employee I've spoken to is very nice and the manager is an amazing person. Thanks for everything, I am grateful to you guys!

I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The first week I ordered the bagel minis which was not added good as they were before as 1 mini was burned in the top and hard. The other day even I went u hit a small hot chocolate which was very satisfying. The cashiers for both visits were pleasant.
