I was reading some of these reviews from the last 5 years, and it seems this store has come a long way. I order from this Dunkins about 4 times a week, mobile order. Every single morning, my man (I believe his name is) "Alt" or "Al" (could not quite see the nametag clearly, says "good morning Sean", hands me my order from the behind the counter, and tells me to have a great day, to which I reply "you too", of course. I mean, you can't get much more personable service than that....read full review
This is a perpetually busy Dunkin's outlet along Boylston Street that's near the Boston Public Library and steps away from one of the 2013 marathon bombing sites (RIP). Even though it's busy, they were reasonably staffed when I stopped by and my mobile order was ready within a couple of minutes. Make sure you listen closely as they might call out your name instead of your order number. Otherwise, this is typical Dunkin's fast food : boring coffee and ultra-processed baked goods...read full review
Employees are working hard, but management needs to double the staff on the floor - takes so long to get a coffee that I just go pay double at starbucks. Corporate: this location needs way more staff ASAP
