This Dunkin's outlet is located along a busy stretch of Washington Street amidst Downtown Crossing stores, government offices, and office skyscrapers. So count on it to be super busy in the mornings. This having been said, despite an onslaught of orders every time I've stopped by, the folks here are able to fulfill everything quickly, efficiently, and methodically. Went in 9/11/23 at about 10 in the morning. My husband ordered a mocha and the clerk was very rude and had an attitude saying she couldn’t just put mocha in the computer he had to order it differently. We don’t have a lot of Dunkin donuts by us so we don’t know the proper way to order, but she could have been patient and helped instead of being rude. We should have just left, and they didn’t toast the bread for the sourdough breakfast sandwich.
