Service was excellent. Andre is a an amazing employee. Ambience was deceiving because we saw a video on social media of downstairs and the decor and ambience are like day and night compared to upstairs. Apparently downstairs is only open Friday and Saturday. Food wise, burrata and cheese and meat board was nice and bread was very good. Pasta was not wow but was good. We were expecting more from the pasta and from the ambience. Overall it's good but not a wow/5*/10out10

Vegetarian options: Did not apply to our family group so not sure I remember the options.Dietary restrictions: The servers were aware that some patrons may have dietary restrictions and asked before we ordered. None of us had any.

Photos of the inside were a little deceiving in how thematic it is, but still appreciated the paintings and brick. Very dark, loud, and small. Affordable options for the smaller portion sizes but the food was excellent. Staff didn't check in on us too many times and had to wait a while for the bill, maybe they were just understaffed.

Based on some reviews we were afraid the service would be slow so ordered our food right away and asked our waiter to put the entree in at the same time as the appetizer and bring them whenever they are ready. Honestly, our food came very quickly.Ordered RIGATONI ALLA NORMA which was beyond al dente. The pasta was hard in a way that I couldn’t eat the most of it but the sauce was good. Also ordered FUSILLI ALLA VODKA with chicken. That one was cooked better in terms of softness.I don’t know if it is worth going for special occasions but worth trying.

Always a great experience. Have dined here 5+ times, for date night & birthday celebrations and it never disappoints. Excellent food/dishes. Professional & prompt service. Great ambiance (the basement dining is fun for a date night out!).

The service was absolutely atrocious. We were sat and the waiter did not come by for at least 15 minutes after seating. The tables were ridiculously small, leaving no room for even drinks on the table. We had asked to move our table to one near the window but was told that it was already reserved. This was a lie. Another couple came in and also asked to be moved to the window, they were moved immediately. We also never received any water or was asked for our drink order the entire 20 minutes that we were there. It was very noisy as well. The servers were liars and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We were treated terribly by the staff as soon as we walked in. Our waiter took 15 minutes before even introducing himself but was helping the two tables around us. It was like he was ignoring us. By the time he did come we had asked to move to another table because it was so loud and our table was so small. They said that it wasn't possible because another party had reserved that table specifically. Well that was a lie. Soon after, the hostess was seating a different couple and we heard them ask if they could switch to the window table and she sat them there no problem. We hadn't even ordered our drinks because the waiter was still MIA so we ended up leaving because we felt so unwelcome. Never going there again.

Booked this reservation well in advance and was sat at a table not large enough for our group. The host let us know we had a table downstairs but then 10 minutes later squished our party of 5 at a table that made for an uncomfortable dinner. Additionally, our server was not timely or friendly. It genuinely seemed as though we were an inconvenience to him. The food is always great here but will reconsider coming again in the future.

Great tasting food and selection but the server asking if we wanted cheese on the clams ?. The alcohol also isn't the best tasting.

Absolutely amazing! The homemade pasta - OMG - YUM!! I had lasagna and my friend had lobster ravioli. We'll be back again. It's a short walk down Fleet Street from big parking lot on Commercial Street and 100 yards from cannoli for dessert at Mike's Pastry.

Usually great appetizers for lunch! Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately this time, my eggplant app was not cooked thoroughly and the sauce was very thin...so they were not prepared for this dish.

Everything was perfect. They kindly combined two reservations so everyone could sit with one another. Beyond that, the food was absolutely excellent and the servers were great. This is my favorite place in the North End and can't wait to be back in a few weeks.
