When I first visited this restaurant in 2018, I was very pleased with the service and the meals. However, during our visit tonight with friends, the waiter serving us was extremely rude, sullen, and kept trying to sell us different beverages despite our repeated requests for water. His attitude shifted completely after we declined.The buffet offered a variety of salads and appetizers, all fresh and tasty. Yet, when the meat service began, despite my preference for well-cooked but juicy meat, they started serving me raw and blood-smelling pieces. We had to replace our plates several times. They also attempted to take away my plate from the buffet, which I was still eating from, multiple times. When I told them I was still eating, they looked at me with a strange confusion. The continuous service of meat lasted for about an hour and then gradually slowed down to a complete halt. The bill arrived very late, and we had to wait a long time for our cards to be processed. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Sadly, the quality of service has not remained the same over the years. I don't even want to talk about the staff serving the meat. Overall, it was deeply disappointing, the quality has utterly declined, and it certainly did not justify the money we spent.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a waitress whose professionalism left much to be desired. Despite our clear request for only water, she persistently suggested lemonade and even wine, reacting poorly when we declined. Our interaction with her worsened as she neglected our table for the remainder of our visit.As for the meal, the salad was passable, eliciting no particular complaints. The main issue lay with the meat served; it was a stark contrast to the quality one would expect. Not only was it flavorless and tough to slice, but it also fell significantly short of the requested medium-well preparation, leaning instead towards rare. This experience alone was enough to consider adopting a vegetarian lifestyle.To add insult to injury, the aftermath of dining here has been dealing with food poisoning, a testament to the restaurant's disregard for quality and customer health. I advise against visiting this establishment, as the hefty price tag of $80 is not justified by the subpar food and dismal service.
