We sat down to a fairly empty restaurant around 1:30pm for lunch. It took a while to get our waters, but our waiter was very pleasant. Food was good. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and it appeared clean, but when the lamp on the table caught my eye, I noticed it was disgustingly dirty. So was the floor under the table. I was mortified. There’s no excuse for this! I will not be back.

I got a Reuben sandwich & fries.. fries were semi warm & undercooked, only about 2 slices of corned beef on the reuben and that was super THICK & CHEWY sandwhich was lacking... sad sandwich especially for $17! Fried pickles were okay, edible, came out piping hot.. breading was seemingly undercooked however.The waiter was excellent ??

We were in town from Jersey for a volleyball tournament. The General Manager, Mike, was so nice and accommodated our party of 34. We had an outstanding server, Maya, who was so sweet! The food was delicious and the Dads in the group especially LOVED the stuffed Buffalo Chicken app!If we stay in Cambridge next year we would definitely go back!

Have to shout out Michael and his crew for accommodating a teen volleyball team and their families tonight. We called for a table of 25 with little notice and they were happy to serve us and break down the bill for each family. The food hit the spot, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great time for our team dinner tonight!

I wish I could be positive but I hope this was just a bad day for this place. First the place left the front door open and is was extremely cold as a result. Staff were attempting to put up some cheesy Valentine decoration, and the place was dark like a dive bar. The waiter we had was disinterested, and bored to be there. Never asked if we wanted a drink or even coffee after he poured our waters. Never asked if we wanted to start with appetizers. Came by the table once after taking our order and brought our food. Never tried to replenish our water, I said to my wife it is after 12 right? My wife had one of the salads for lunch, which she said was very good. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. The fries were cold and they needed to replace the grease as t half were burnt. The chicken wrap was old and cold the chicken itself seemed good but I barely made it home before it went through me. The wait staff handed me the check like he couldn’t be bothered.Hopefully this is not the normal for this place but this was an accurate picture of today

Update : I increased the overall star rating from 1 to 3 stars because the Manager accepted that a mistake had been made & apologized. That’s accountability right there . Note - No refund was offered for this increase in rating so this is still unbiased perspective.Came in from Pittsfield and stayed at the Liberty hotel. Harvard Gardens was nearby and I was impressed by the reviews so I ordered a bunch of food. Not only did they pack my burger on top of my sundae, they added a slice of a very gross looking, unpeeled avocado on my sandwich. The hamburger was ordered medium rare and it was just raw. Please don’t ruin $70 + minimum 18% gratuity like I did.
