King's Back Bay hosted an event for our big group of conference attendees and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. They worked with us every step of the way with regards to our budget and space requirements, allowing us to use a larger part of the venue after some last-minute updates to the number of attendees. Leo was fantastic and timely in all communications leading up to the event and our dedicated bartender Casey (if I remember correctly) was hustling throughout the event with a smile on her face. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the GM Cyle for his amazing and friendly demeanour throughout the evening; he truly was a rockstar in making sure everyone was having a great time while supporting his staff any way he could! Everyone was gushing to me after the event to let me know they had an awesome experience; from what I heard from the other attendees, they thought the drinks were reasonably priced, the food was tasty, and of course, the karaoke was killer! Thank you so, so much for accommodating us; 10/10 would come back again!

Kings used to charge a flat rate to use the pool table, they also used to let you play the arcade games for free. This all changed about a year ago. No one is going to load up a digital card with tokens to play your arcade games, you're not Dave and Buster's. They charge a steep hourly fee for the tables now, it's a shame but the pool tables were very beat up and in bad condition that affected the play anyways. That and people standing where you are trying to play a shot made this a no go for me. The workers are all great though. Good thing I know where the quarter tables are at in Boston.

What a great little gem in the basement in the middle of Boston! Nice separation of bowling, pool, and arcade. All ages and tons of fun 21+.

I came here as part of a corporate party bowling event, complete with food and drinks, and we had a BLAST! Wide variety of delicious food was available, all displayed nicely and with style. Servers were very friendly, atmosphere was super fun, and (big pin) bowling was great! Have no idea on cost/value, but the experience was top notch!

Kings provides great entertainment and food. You can spend time in the bowling alley or choose to hang out at the Karaoke Bar (Karaoke on Friday and Saturday; Stand-up comedy on Sunday). Food is ok. The Cubano sandwich was rather small and underwhelming for a $16 dollar sandwich. Casey at the bar of the Karaoke Bar provided superb customer service. Will definitely come again. Great atmosphere and service. The comedians were quite good.

Kyle was amazing!!! He deserves a raise??. Our kareoke experience was memorable, because of him! He was very kind and let us play all the songs we requested. We definitely recommend the kareoke for anyone looking for a good experience! We will be back for kareoke with Kyle again?
