I had bought a milk sipping chocolate & a cookie from the shop & it was great! The sipping chocolate wasn't scalding hot & the cookie was perfectly warmed. The staff there were so kind & quick with their service & the shop is a small cute, quaint spot in the city. Definitely adding this to list of favorite chocolate shops!
To date this is my favorite spot for hot chocolate! Nothing beats a good ole cup of hot chocolate from LA Burdick. I got a small milk chocolate hot chocolate and while it is pretty pricey, it's worth it for the quality as a nice treat. It was the perfect amount of thickness, sweetness, and richness of the chocolate without it being too overwhelming.
