Who knew! Amongst this beautiful street there are even more beautiful souls. I would only have my breakfast and coffee here. Starbucks might be new, but 'My Cousins Place' is the place to use.
We like to call this place “breakfast and a show.” The owners/staff are hysterical—they are always bickering about something! The banter is very entertaining. They also have a list of flavored iced coffees like pistachio or cinnamon bun that ARENT sweetened! So tasty!

Coffee is good! I would order an iced large and their bacon egg and cheese on a bagel is yum yum. More of a pop in and go on the move place but their breakfast sandwiches are worth stopping in for a visit when you don't have a lot of time. The people who work there are wicked nice, don't be thrown off if they don't want to small talk.
