This place is great. I work at BU and once a month or so I make it here for lunch. It's consistently good and the employees are always friendly. It's casual and perfect for a midday meal. And look up their story online- it's so sweet. Nud Pob means "meeting place" in Thai.

As a BU student Nud Pob was my saving grace after a long day. Now as a BU grad I still frequent this local joint not just for the nostalgia but for the bussin’ food. My go-to is the pad see ew with crispy chicken basil. It’s just amazing. Also the thai iced tea is some of the best I’ve had in the city. Top tier

Have asked for spicy pad thai and only given 1 star a few times. Woman at cashier also taking the phone orders repeated it back as I paid. You could tell she purposely did that. Rude! watch out make sure your orders are right and read the tag before leaving!

The best restaurant I've been to in Boston so far and it's not expensive! As a BU student, nud pob has been a great place to go to have a meal with friends and it's conveniently right in central campus. The workers are all nice and it's not a sit down place, which is good for cutting down costs (though there is seating inside). In terms of dishes, I highly recommend the Indonesian fried rice (the chicken is sooo crispy and yummy), the Tom yum noodle soup (great broth), and pad see you (always satisfying).

BU staple that has extended well into my adult life now. I come with my wife for dinner occasionally. Entrees are usually two servings worth so we have lunch the next day. Family run with nice staff. Quality is great!

Anyone in BU has visited this place at least once. Students, professors, and staffs all come here to enjoy genuine Thai cuisine at a reasonable price. Definitely coming back!

They are extremely careful with allergies! Thai food is yummy even if it's bad this Thai food is good but it's really good to know the Staff Care is so much! They called me before they even started prepping my order for delivery. well done!
Ordered takeout- their pad Thai is very generously portioned, tasty and as a result almost put me in a food coma.

I LOVE Nud pob. This Thai restaurant is conveniently located in BU central. It is family owned and all of the employees are really nice. Most of their customers are BU students. There's ample amount of seating, but they also offer take out. My go to is their tofu pad see ew. Portions are always generous, and costs about $12.50. They've got a ton of options on their menu, from curry dishes to squid prik pow. Definitely get their thai iced tea too - it's sooo good. Street parking is convenient right outside the restaurant. Overall rating: 10/10

Hands-down most authentic Thai food in Boston. What's also great is that besides the "Americanized" versions of things, their menu lists ingredients and varying spice levels for those wanting more authenticity or a more adventurous palate (they even have a "traditional" Thai noodle dish that has a sign saying you need to eat it in-house, because it's so packed with raw chilies and chili oil.) Prompt delivery, no frills eat-in restaurant but it's extremely fast service and very clean. Never had a bad order from here, and a lot of the pad thai dishes are large enough for two people.Vegetarian options: Pretty much all their noodle and rice dishes can be made with vegetables or tofu only. And they adjust spice levels.

One of the best Thai places in Boston for the variety and portions alone. Besides the "Americanized" versions of appetizers and main dishes, the restaurant also has a wide range of vegan, vegetarian, and authentic Thai dishes (seafood, spice level, etc.) Mostly known for their varieties of Pad Thai (personal favorites are Thai Style and Basil Pad Thai), each can be made with chicken, seafood, tofu, vegetables, beef, and 4 different "heat" levels. Pre-COVID, they infamously had a hand-written sign on the wall strongly suggesting that if you were getting the highest level spice of "Thai style" to simply eat it in the restaurant for maximum effect. All ingredients are really fresh, and the vegetables have a snap and crispness to them. If you ask for shrimp, you're getting SHRIMP. Not one small frozen one. A lot of the noodle and rice dishes are large enough to share between two people. Post-COVID, the restaurant is open for dining, and the space and bathrooms are extremely clean. Never had a bad meal here, and I always choose something different.

This is a solid, no frills place if you want some quick Thai food. There are plenty of solo diners, pairs, and families. The restaurant is located conveniently next to BU's campus, so expect to see a good number of students.I ordered the Star Noodle and enjoyed it. There's an intercom that announces your order number, and you have to get your own water and utensils. My food was ready in about 10 minutes, so the wait wasn't bad at all. If you're trying to limit talking to restaurant staff (and want a quick bite), come give this place a try!
Would like to recommend to try fried rice.
