On a Saturday night, had a reservation for 7:45 and we're not seated till 8:20. I've never had this experience at other Boston restaurants. They seated other parties with later reservations prior to us, I think based on where they stood in line. The lack of organization for a restaurant at this cost level was quite disappointing, especially because there was no awareness of this and no apology whatsoever for the wait was given.The food was not bad. Really enjoyed our dinner and time at Panza's. The veal picatta was perfect! The staff was extra understanding of our late to arrive person when the "T" had issues, they were friendly, professional and we all enjoyed our excellent dinners!!

Food quantities are good. Flavors are good. But there is quality problems: the fried chicken in my chicken Panza was hard, probably because it was cooked before and then simply reheated and mixed with the food. My wife's saucey gnocchi was tasty but she had her stomach upset after eating it. Again I think there are meat issues.
