I bought my breakfast there to take out but came back because I was around the city working..then I wanted to use the bathroom and they said was closed when I saw people entering the bathroom. Really unprofessional, impolite, I didn’t expected it.

I can understand why a business would not want to let their customers use their bathroom, a little petty but fine it is what it is. However, I just spent $14 at this establishment and couldn’t even get one single napkin with my food? Now this is beyond petty. DO BETTER

It's starbucks... the only thing that's different in these places is the crowd and the service.I placed my order in a reasonable time with the size of the line.All I ordered was a hot food item. No drink.It took way longer than it should have. Like 10+ minutes.Multiple people who were in line behind me got both food and drinks before my one thing was done.It's was one of the least complicated things at they just pull it out of the cooler and toss it into the turbo oven...Anyway that was annoying but what else can you do once you are there and you gotta be at work in a few minutes...?♂️

Close to hotel! Fast friendly staff, so nice! I love the apple crisp macchiato. I would totally recommend this place.

Removed all tables, only a few counter top spots, so mostly a grab and go location. Wish they’d bring back a seating area. Friendly staff, convenient location right outside West Broadway Tstop. Service generally reliable but can be understandably slower during peak hours.

I come here occasionally and every time I come they are Always out of somethingToday and last week it was the crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch, and the regular caramel, and Acai. I gave it 3stars because the crew showed up to work which I am grateful for

Siobhan & Megan are wonderful! They are quick, efficient and pleasant. Always wish me a good day. They do an amazing job!I sometimes order on the app if I am in a hurry, or at the counter. Coffee and snacks are always on-point. This is my favorite Starbucks.
Only bought coffee here once but i stand inside while its raining when waiting for my bus at broadway and staff always seems really busy. They were very patient when i was trying to figure out what I was getting since I never go there and didn't know how to order. Nice especially for being joint with an mbta station. Kept clean despite.

The coffee and everything else is good, but twice now when I've inquired about drinks with dairy ingredients, I've had the worst snobbish response. I don't think I'll be coming back here very often.

Packed with school kids. Service was the worst. Not only did we get the worst iced coffee, but when my order came up, it was only half the order. Then they started someone else's order before finishing ours! NEVER AGAIN!
