Best $7 steak/roast beef sandwich I ever had! A little hard to find if you are walking down St. James. You have to enter 31 St. James. Back Bay is next to Subway. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I arrived around 3pm so no line but I can imagine the place gets busy based on quality, selection, and price.
This place rocks! The food is made fresh on the grill (no microwaves), the people here are super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I come here many times for breakfast, and their lunch sandwiches are very good too!

Really nice. Carrying on sandwich tradition for workers in the Park Square Building and surrounding area. The guy running the place is super friendly, makes great sandwiches and knows his stuff about Boston and food!
