We came in at 12:50am, he only made us sit on one table that was dirty, when the place was almost empty, he was rude, we ordered and when our food came we asked for the tray of sauces and he asked us what sauces we wanted from the tray and didn’t let us keep the full tray, and proceeded that he has to put it away although there was an hour still to closing. We kept the the ketchup and the hot sauce, the he came back snatched the ketchup bottle and gave ketchup packets, and i also asked for napkins, he opened the box and took a few napkins and gave them to me. Very bad service from Angel S (is the name showed on the receipt)

Went there tonight with my son before the Bruins game. We went in, sat down and within 2 minutes our waitress took our order. Everything seemed fine. However, after 30 minutes I started to notice other patrons getting their food who came in with us or shortly thereafter. Then our waitress came up to us asking what we ordered again because "the kitchen was backed up." I thought that this was strange. She then said that she will check with the kitchen and our order should be ready in 10 minutes. Gez, we ordered 2 burgers and 2 small fries. Nothing rocket science about it. Anyway, another 25 minutes passed and I was watching her sit other people, clean tables, take orders and not once did she come up to us to tell us what the hold up was. I even brought it to the attention to the manager and she too did nothing about it. I got so frustrated that we just got up and left. I would not recommend this place.

WATER REVIEW:Was pretty quick to be sat and have our orders put in. The location has a relatively open view looking towards the back side of Fenway stadium.The water itself is not bad, being a little on the tangy side (within normal amount). The ice is in cubes with a nice divot, it was definitely on the harder side but has a nice crunch.Would recommend to all the fellow water drinkers out there.

The Equity monkeys are lazy and undeserving of the minimum wage for sub par burger …Also glad that no savage can answer a phone but after you’ve been in there you’ll see the primates working .

I used to really enjoy this place, but they’ve unfortunately gone down hill. Staff is disingenuous and not really interested in serving, they’re just not friendly. The food is absolutely great when they can make it right, but, they don’t really listen to customer feedback.

The place is nice and food is usually great, but lately theyre not great on customer accommodation. They have messed up our order a few times and instead of remaking the food, they instead re-wrap the incorrect order and reserve it. Upsetting, disappointing, etc.
The Fenway outpost of Tasty burger which is a small local chain with five locations around Boston that is very conveniently open late until 2 am. The food is well excited classics and this particular restaurant is nicely done since they moved location. Can be very busy sat times due to the games though and the past midnight crowd is always special.
I had lunch here on a Wednesday and it was not crowded at all. I have to be about the thousandth person to say it, but it WAS a tasty burger. I had the Big Tasty and tater tots and was happy with my choices. Service was prompt, thorough, and friendly -- in Boston!

Hello, I’m from Texas was visiting Boston for the first time with a couple of friends. I was attended by a (thin , glasses lady and not sure she had super light blonde hair or silver)gave me attitude because she probably thought I was ignoring her. I have a hard time hearing and there was music and people chatting around. I ordered my jalapeño burger with a large side of onions rings. We all got our food and everything and I never received my onions rings which I didn’t care because they don’t it the Texas way ? well I asked our waiter if she can just take it off my tab since we were there for a bit. She gave me attitude telling me I should’ve told her long time ago and why didn’t I say anything. Keep in mind I just stayed quiet and just said I mean it’s already late around 11pm close to midnight. She was giving me attitude and everything and I paid. My 2 friends heard her badmouth me under her breathe and used a couple F bombs on me. I just ignored it and paid and left. Will not ever be back ever and not worth the price and atmosphere.I honestly don’t remember her name but no need to give me a bad experience over something small that I didn’t mind not getting would give 0 stars if I could.

I had burgers to go. This is incredible value for the price. Would recommend the Habba burger and the cheeseburger.
