We’ve always had a bad experience at this location but this time we will not be back. We were seated at 10:05/10:10 and we didn’t leave until 11:45. The reason was the terrible service we received. We ordered a few minutes after we were seated and didn’t get our food until about 10:50, 10 minutes before closing. It’s never taken this long before and it didn’t even seem that busy. The guy who handed us our food asked if we needed anything else and then sounded annoyed when we actually asked for a drink. He said “um, it depends what it is.” Then acted aggravated that I ordered a margarita. Good thing I asked that guy for a drink because our server literally never came back until it was time to give us the check. Never came to check on us during our meal, never asked us if we wanted dessert, and never gave us bread that he said he was going to get for us. Meanwhile, he’s serving all the other tables around us and avoiding us. It was not fair to us either that the table next to us got bread because they had a different server, when they were seated at 10:45 and we never did. Also, the other table next to us, who was seated around the same time as us, was able to get dessert because he actually went to their table to ask them and not us. Then, when he finally came back, we ask for dessert and he tells us no it’s closed and that there’s also no bread even though he told us we were going to get some. The servers name was Carlos and we are very dissatisfied with the service we received. He seemed to be serving many other tables and they all got better service than us which is not fair to us at all. Will definitely not be back to this location as it’s not the first time we’ve gotten bad service at this place. It’s unfortunate since it’s a convenient spot in the city.

17/03/2024 was there with 5 friends. Ordered 3 entrees for the table the wings where cold and the blue cheese dip was still frozen so gave then back. When the mains arrived one of our party's Brocoli and mash was stone cold, as well as another parties spaghetti. Mash and brocoli was returned but came back still cold. Manger told us this could not be as they checked it with a thermometer, I requested that she would taste it but she declined. We spoke with manager who offered an apology and an excuse. When we requested the bill it was brought to us by our server accompanied by a security guard. Who treats customers this way. We paid the bill and 20% tip. Horrendous avoid at all costs. Very disappointed with the experience and response from management on the night.

The food is great but I expended $12 in a slice of a cheese cake (really thin btw) and they don’t even let me eat it inside the restauramt. I have had to go to a park to eat the slice… disgusting:(
A clean and spacious environment. We went around 12 o'clock and it was very quiet. But there was a crowd as we got up. The food menu is quite diverse. You can find hamburger pizza and a wide variety of cheesecakes. The service is very high quality.

I was in the Cheesecake Factory in prudential center on 2-25-2024. The server was great but the food was not. The appetizer was not good. They did refund for that but then our entrees and side dishes came out cold and they did not taste good at all. The plates weren’t even hot. My mother lives close by so it’s convenient to take her there regularly but not any more. It was so disappointing and it wasn’t even busy. I will not be back. I am glad the Yard house restaurant is in the Marriott hotel.
