The food is excellent, I went on a date with my partner and it's an amazing environment for a date. The decor seems a little confusing but I think it's got a nice quirky to it. The service is usually just okay as they seem to not have enough servers a lot of the time. It may also take a minute to get sat because the host it seems also has to bus tables.
The Dogwood is a great neighborhood eatery that accommodates families and groups of friends alike. Unlike most other nearby pubs and taverns, the Dogwood feels more like a conventional restaurant with a bar, rather than a bar with a few tables to eat at, which is great for family meals.Kid-friendliness: We've been bringing our 7 year old twins here since they were born. Good chill place where you can get a well crafted mixed drink and food. They're known for their brick oven pizza, but i love their appetizers as I sit at the bar and have a drink.
