Extremely popular place, long wait to get a table but very much worth it. Fast service, friendly staff, amazing food

Long wait for breakfast on Sunday morning - got there just before 10am and waited until almost 11 for the first available table for 2. We had the waffle and highway french toast, both were very good. Bacon was cooked very well - not too crunchy, not too soft-just right. Ian our waiter was great. This is one of the places where despite the wait for a table, we'd go back to the next time we're in Boston.

Brunch plans?!???! With the views and dranks???!? If that's what you're looking for, this is the place for you. I think when it comes to a decent brunch place in Boston with a wide selection of brunch items- this is the place cause its affordable and can accommodate a good group of people. I think this place consistently meets the benchmark of being a pleasant brunch spot. I wouldn't say its the best brunch place overall- but it is very reliable! The tots are really good and I recommend getting them if you wanna have your taste buds dance ;))

Such a fun stop. Met an old friend for breakfast. Mimosa was amazing and the Friendly Toast Benny was delicious. I highly recommend, and will be sure to come back in the future.

Love the Friendly Toast! Great vibes, friendly service, delicious food and drinks! The Taco After Party (breakfast tacos) were delicious! Check out their seasonal specials, too. About 20 minute wait on a Thursday morning. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Check out their online wait-list before heading over.

I was looking for a quick breakfast after landing and this didn't disappoint. They serve breakfast and brunch all day long. Since it was just me they had opening at the bar area. I ordered the mimosa flight and the appetizer platter. The appetizer platter considered of chirros (tasted like fried doughnuts instead) breakfast eggs, breakfast empanadas and some like it tot which is flavor bomb in your mouth! The mimosa flight had 4 different types of flavors. I think the peach/passion was the best. The customer service was good and the environment was modern diner vibes. I will definitely return if I am ever back in Boston again!.

The pancakes here are awesome. It's like eating cake. I actually tried to come here twice, once when I flew into Boston and again when I left. It was always busy and there was always a wait. The first time I tried was almost two hours. The food was great although I would have liked to try more of the menu but overall, my family and I were really please. Highly recommended to stop here for brunch for something that isnt a chain.

Visited Massachusetts recently and had to go here as I heard that the friendly toast has the best avocado toast in the state, and honestly I wasn't disappointed, I got the chicken and waffles and it was absolutely amazing and were beyond delicious and I would love to go back just for that.

We came here for a Tuesday brunch and was surprised there was still a wait. They don't take reservations, but you can join the Yelp waitlist beforehand. We shared the mimosa flight which was pretty good, my personal favorite was the lavendar. Though the prices for the dishes did seem a bit steep, the servings are quite generous. The pancakes covered the entire plate. The Strawberry Highway had dense toast and was very sweet. I also had the garden omelet with was a standard solid omelet.
