The architecture is stunning, beautiful restaurant. That being said it was the only part that was impressive. The food was mediocre and the service was some of the worst. My recommendations are STK, ocean prime or maestros for a much better experience all around.We also sent back all of our drinks they were so terribly made.

Such a beautiful restaurant with excellent service and food. You feel fancy just walking in the door. Amazing cocktail list, love that they have a coravin wine list if you want to step up your wine game. The food is classic sophistication without being boring. Easily one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had. Oh and weirdly they have bacon cheese hash browns that are devine. Save room for dessert, the key lime pie and bread pudding can’t be missed. I’ve been for dinner or just to grab a drink and app at the bar and always have a great experience.

Unfortunately this was not great. I hate to complain. I don't know if this was a one time thing but we had a disaster of service compared to other Oceanaire locations we have been to. I ordered 1 pound of red King crab and it was only slightly warm. The bread never came, our to go deserts were actually given to the wrong table, our waitress actually retrieved them and gave to us. We were at the table more then 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. You could see the entire operation was in total chaos. I don't know if several folks were off sick or if this place needs a complete management overhaul. If this continues, ownership needs to step in.

Went here for my 21dt birthday with my parents, I love seafood and heard the food here is amazing. (It really was) The service workers were extremely kind and made my day feel even more special. Food and workers are amazing! 10/10 and will be returning!

The worse service ever. We placed our order at 7:45 and did not get our food until pm. The appetizers took 51 mins to the table. Look I understand that the kitchen might have been busy but the service could have told us something. He avoided us the whole time during our dinning. It was our first time there and last. All needed was to keep us informed about the delay, I had my 8 year old who was hungry and waited 5ins for calamari.. we had to ask him many times about our food. Truly speaking he does not fit for fine dinning maybe he needs to try McDonald's. I hate bad service when I'm paying money that I work for. He charged us for drinks that we did not order. He gave us coupons for our next visit the hell we will step our body there..he didn't even apologize to us.. giving us coupons don't mean nothing to us.i hate bad service. By far this was beyond horrible. We fine done 2 twice a month.. we wasted our money at your restaurant.. never again.

I had the pleasure of savoring the best lobster I've ever tasted, an experience that went beyond a perfect 10. The freshness of the food and the impeccable service left me in awe. The lobster mac-n-cheese was an ideal blend of creaminess and cheesiness, with generous chunks of lobster. The ambiance was beautiful, and the warm welcome and extraordinary service made me feel special. The succulent and fresh shrimp cocktail, coupled with the delectable bread, was a reminder that authentic seafood that tastes fresh from the sea still exists. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, engaging vibe, excellent service, and authentic seafood. Best Birthday I ever had. They treated me like a celebrity.

I hosted a lunch meeting here and everything was exceptional! Holly was great to work with and made a meeting setup as easy as possible and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Our server was Crocco (I believe) and he was excellent. The food was outstanding. Loved in ambiance. The only issue we had was parking, allow extra time since there isn't valet during lunch hours and the garage is a little bit of a walk.

I can't say anything bad about this place. The food was so good that I had forgotten to take a picture of the before. The service was amazing, and everyone was attentive. Not once was a server called over. I'd definitely go here again.

Went for new years food was great. They for some ungodly reason handed out like little paper horns on the table (I get it, it was new years hooray) but some big family was there with all there kids and they were going HARD on those horns. Thankfully we sat in the back but I think I would've lost my mind if I sat in the front of the restaurant with all that going on. Great food great ambiance but Jesus I hope they rethink the horns next year.

We had a wonderful experience at Oceanaire in Boston. The ambiance was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The Oceanaire is always fantastic!

Reservation not walk-in Upon entry with my 7yo son the lady waitstaff was rude and argumentative made me feel uncomfortable when I inquired about a familiar manager to see if I could get my special drink. Her tone and facial was harsh and was taken back. Management David came over she slightly defused but he did not correct her behavior. I was seated with my son and waited excess time over 35min to before receiving someone/service at my table. Then an additional 30 before I met my waiter. 45min for my ordered drinks although it was just 2 Shirley temples and Bottle water. More than 45min and having to asking a random waiter walking by. My son food can much faster than mines... by the time my food came I was exhausted and ready to leave. The enjoyment was at zip- zero. My son wanted to stay it was his first time there since he was a baby. This still a common issue at this location with POC not being respected or maybe its just me and my regular relaxed clothing( sneakers and legging/ velvet top with Columbia fleece.) I visited with a non-POC(person of color) and service was impeccable. But then I come myself and like clockwork the service become mediocre. I like David but the experience was not worth what I paid for my meal at all. Francisco was accommodating but was ungrateful for my tip over 25%50 tip on a 130 dollar meal. I always try to give them a chance to prove me wrong but faithfully my favorite place because it's local to my home and just beautiful and serene disappoints me. Better luck next visit and put some respect on my name it was on my reservation. -Minister EM.

We are from LA, don't know the area well, saw this on Open Table and yep and thought it looked nice. We had a very bad experience at Oceanaire. The ambiance was sad with bad energy and mood. The soup was served completely cold and had to be returned. The steak was served fully raw, when ordered medium. We had to return two dishes. The staff didn't seem to care, seems like it's probably what happens often there. The only thing we liked was the bread. This restaurant was a huge miss.

Have been here a few times this was not the experience I'm used to. Disappointed, may come back but not in the near future. Steak was not cooked to liking, no one checked on us after the food was delivered to the table so we could have them cook it more. When we finally told our waiter his response was " if I could've cooked it for you I would have"... that's it. Not ruling it out but wasn't pleased this time.
