We absolutely loved The Q and cannot wait to go back. We tried several things across their fantastic and diverse menu. From sushi, to dim sum, to Mongolian hot pot. . .all of it, and I mean ALL OF IT, was fantastic! The service was outstanding- there if you had questions, but also let us enjoy our food without rushing or interruption. The atmosphere was vibrant, but not loud. It was a wonderful meal. I have already recommended The Q several times.

Fun restaurants on the border between Chinatown and downtown with a huge variety of hotpot offerings, different broths and other menu items for those that don’t want to engage in the messy fun. The service is great and super helpful especially for first timers. While the broths are great, overall the food is okay and will not blow your mind. The menu is a bit chaotic and it can be challenging to pick the right amounts and types of meat to use for the hotpot. I would probably try out different , smaller places going forward

i'm very disappointed actually because this is my favorite Chinese spot since I was a child I'm talking over 30 years. I've been eating from this place but tonight I'm highly disappointed so upset that I'm writing a review because this is not the first mistake they made and I let the first one go, but this is unacceptable because I was charged an extra four dollars and did not even get what I was supposed to receive, I ordered a house which is supposed to come with pork chicken and shrimp. I asked them to please add beef well when I finally get home and open my food I noticed that there's only pork and beef and there's only a little bit of pork and beef meaning they knew that they should've added in the other meat and they completely forgot.

As many other reviews note, the service at The Q is indeed excellent.While their HotPot is the star of the Q, the sushi and egg rolls are just fine, but nothing to bring us back.

Easily one of my new favorite Chinese restaurants. I love their hot pot Korean kimchi broth. It's very spicy, tart, sweet, and hits all the taste buds. Their Szechuan broth is also really good too. Service was also extremely fast and staff were super friendly. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others!Parking: Parking garage at 660 Washington St. Costs $7 (cash only) to validate.

We popped in to look at the menu and the delicious smell prompted us to stay. We were seated in a big comfy booth next to a fish tank and our wonderful server helped us figure out what to order. We had two different hot pot broths- the tonkatsu and a mala (spicier one). We ordered short rib and noodles and shrimp and vegetables. Everything was delicious! We keep talking about our meal and how we wish there was a place like this in our hometown!

We’ve been here in 2023 and still think about it.That was our first time in Boston and we just walked into this place without even checking ahead.Server was excellent and went above and beyond after we told him it was our first time.Left a generous tip for great service and phenomenal food!Highly recommended if you are in the area!
