i am allergic to cheese & yesterday night i asked for no cheese on my order & asked the dasher to tell them no cheese due to being allergic. got my food with cheese in it after placing my order with NO CHEESE on the burgers. in the past ive had issues with them adding cheese when the order stays saying NO CHEESE. they dont be looking at the order correctly & its not right when ordering we take out what we dont want due to whatever the reason is & they still add things on. very upset that theses workers dont know how to get their orders from doordash as they come i correctly.

I go to this Wendy's all the time and typically get the usual fast food experience: convenient location, average meal, average service, decent price.But today I went in and was warmly greeted immediately after I stepped up to the counter by Diane, the kindest worker I've ever encountered at this branch. She was lovely throughout the entire transaction, with a smile on her face. She deserves a payraise. More fast food places should have employees like her.

I actually really like this Wendy's. I've been here several times over the past 2-3 years. They're open late which is convenient. I sort of live nearby-ish, so I come here on my scooter. It's pretty much all online here, but I've never had an issue. It's right near Hynes convention center which is good.
