The ordering system is efficient - you fill out a paper bag with the fillings and bread and hand it over at checkout and they place your which in that bag. I've had some issues with them messing up what I put on the bag vs what shows up in the sandwich. Service is fairly slow even when the store is pretty empty. Tastes similar to Subway in terms of quality of ingredients

People in New England clearly have no taste, and seem to always review bomb and close the few good chains around. I grew up in Texas, after moving up here, it's clear to me that natives to New England are just born without taste buds. I feel bad for you guys. Which Wich service is always good, the ambience is new and inviting compared to the ugly brick themes of all New England restaurants that serve shitty food, have rude workers, and generally don't give a crap about you.If y'all would rather eat at Subway, or have a nasty cold lobster roll, go do that, you don't need to spread lies and take away the few good food joints that people with taste enjoy around here.Y'all are so sad.

These subs are about as good as the ones you whip together before heading to the beach (worse). Later on you pull it out of the cooler. Overall dry sandwich on stale bread. It's difficult to make a sandwich this unsatisfying - congrats.

They should be ashamed of their gluten-free bread. It was less than the size of a donut. And half as thick. So I ordered my sandwich on a bed of lettuce instead. Philly cheesesteak. The meat was cold and the cheese was not melted. It was actually awful. I will never be back.

Forgot behind the counter was amazing. The person you made my sandwich was really nice. The food was okay. The manager was a completely awful and incontinent and apparently stills the tips from the employees. So when you tip hand them cash directly don't fall for the tipping screen. It goes straight to the manager, false bourgeoisie want to be managers stealing from underpaid employees should be up
