Swell folks. Fish tacos were amazing. Covered roof + heat lamps for outdoor seating did a great job but might overwhelm people who are temperature sensitive.

The hotel I stayed at provided me with vouchers for free clam chowder, which is how I first heard of this place.I went on a Thursday for a late lunch. The line up was practically out the door and every seat was taken.Rest assured the line up went fast and we were able to get a seat at the bar.I ordered a Lobster roll with a cup of clam chowder and a cider. The Lobster roll was priced at market value, which worked out to about $35.00 and it came with a side of fries. It was honestly, the best Lobster roll I have ever eaten, with a very generous portion of Lobster meat drenched in butter with a sweet secret seasoning. No complaints whatsoever. If I ever return back to Boston, I will definitely go back here.

Please please pleaseee TRY the lobster bisque! THE ABSOLUTE BEST… The seafood could not be fresher and the size of their lobster roll is unbelievable. Busier days are not the best as they are super small, and there’s about 12 tables only… but just a tidbit… that is worth the wait!Parking: There’s plenty of parking garages in Seaport. Get ready for a hefty parking price… if you can find street parking (metered) that is indeed the best option.

One of the best lobsters I've had in a long time. Having tried lobsters primarily in Nova Scotia, I had my doubts but these folks delivered excellence.

Good food, nice food, but serving $75/person lunch with paper plates, plastic cups and plastic forks is quite unpleasant.

Food was so so, I had the lobster roll, my husband fish and chips. Small seating area smelled like fish, so it was authentic. Convenient free parking.

Got the salmon and seafood stew. Salmon was flavorless and overcooked. Stew was flavorless.

Always a great spot. Food and chowder is delicious. Pricey for a grab and go but in all fairness it is lobster and sea food. Always a good stop when we are in the seaport

The lobster rolls were amazing. It is pricey but I’m pretty sure they give you an entire lobster inside the roll! At least that’s what it feels like. I got a traditional and the other person got a hot buttered one. The hot buttered one was phenomenal but the traditional wasn’t bad either. The inside is kind of a tight squeeze but the overall experience was great.
