“Seems to be an owner operated food truck. Owner was very nice, prices couldn't be better, and super fast to top it off. Will definetly be my stop after any disc golf rounds nearby!”
“First impressions was awesome welcoming. Reminded me of a sandwich shop I used to go to in Marlboro when I was a kid so right off the batt I was sold! I got a Oreo milkshake and the cheddar burger 10/10 will go back ”
“First time coming here with my family and was skeptical since it was dark inside and zero windows to be found, (typical bar). My waiter seated us immediately and was extremely attentive. The food was very good and the attention to detail is amazing for a pub. For example, we ordered a wedge salad which came in a chilled plate (detail 1), the lettuce was cold (detail 2) with dressing and real bacon bits (detail 3). I ordered the Chicken McShaunessey which was fried chicken that was lightly breaded and came in a brioche bun with a special dressing, very tasty. We would come back here again if we were in the area.”
“What a great menu, yummy, different kinds of pizza, etc. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza. As the list goes on.Must be the place to be seeing it was nonstop as we ate our meal there. The owners are very nice. There is plenty of room to eat there. Prices were reasonable, too. Our go-to place when in town.”
“Amazing Chinese. The lunch special comes with a ton of fried rice. Their dumplings are maybe the best I’ve ever had (on the menu as Peking ravioli). We plan to eat our way through the menu.”
“Absolutely love this place! A wonderful place to eat while you explore the Garden. My favorite is the chicken salad cranberry walnut sandwich. There are great 1/2 sandwich + soup deals, and there’s something for everyone here. Definitely recommend stopping by, whether you’re visiting the Garden or not.”
“Wow what a lovely experience I had at this Dunks. I was traveling all morning from NYC to my hometown so I stopped off to get a wake-up wrap and coffee. The wake-up wrap was made perfectly! Usually, it's as if the maker tossed the fillings from across the room, but at this Dunks they were all laid with care. The coffee was also made very well and had the perfect ratio of swirl to coffee!Thank you to the lovely, young boys that were working. They made my day :)”
“Our local Indian restaurant in Worcester was unexpectedly closed tonight so we decided to try Peppers Indian Cuisine. We were blown away by the incredible food, huge menu selection and really fast service.Definitely my favorite restaurant, we will be back regularly now. Highly recommend”
“If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine, Saffron is a must-visit restaurant! I highly recommend it for its delectable food that looks, smells, and tastes amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to find Baby Corn Manchuria at Saffron - a dish that I had never come across in the United States before. The taste was truly divine. And the Dragon Gobi! It's one of the most delightful dishes I have ever savored, from its taste to its texture. Saffron's menu offers a range of unique and simple dishes, and I can't wait to try them all! Trust me, Saffron is where you'll find the perfect blend of authentic flavors and culinary excellence.”
“Last night before the Judds concert, we were looking for a place to have dinner. Most places right around the venue were at least an hour wait. We ended up a couple blocks from away at a place called deadhorse hill . It was a small place, not a huge menu but a decent selection of options. The greeter was prompt and polite. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was attentive and funny with a quick wit. While we waited for our meal, I observed the bartender expertly measuring, stirring and shaking drinks while engaged in friendly chatting with other staff and people at the bar. Our food was great. We each got burgers and fries and they were delicious. When the bill came, there was a 20% tip already factored in. I've seen this done for large parties before but it was just three of us. Apparently it was stated on the menu, I hadn't seen it. I'm paraphrasing here because I don't recall the exact wording but basically they said the reason they do it is so that all staff is paid equally and they earn enough to make a livable wage. I thought that was pretty cool and then it dawned on me, our waitress was truly one of the best I've ever had. In truth, she didnt have to be. Technically, she was already getting her 20% guaranteed. She didnt have to put in any extra effort. The same goes for the rest of the staff. To me, this made it all the more impressive. The backs of the shirts they all wore said, "Don't be a Pickle kicker". Couldn't figure out what that meant so we asked our waitress. She told us that some time ago back they first opened, a young man worked there and when it got busy and he was building the sandwiches and a pickle fell to the floor, he would just kick it under the fridge. When other staff would clean they would find piles of pickles under there. So its a message to everyone on staff to think of each other, take pride in their work and don't be lazy. I thought that was pretty amazing. All in all, if you ever find yourself in Worcester, MA for a concert or event at the DCU Center, go early and have dinner at Deadhorse Hill. Well worth it and a wonderful experience.”
“The server we had last night was the biggest jerk and should be fired. We left after being clearly discriminated by your staff. We’ve been coming here for years but will never be back after yesterday’s experience. Ricardo was a complete jerk and should not be in the restaurant business.”
“I got to try Sabrosa today. The owner was so kind and the food was delicious. The garlic sauce was perfection. The business is also able to cater to gluten free guests and even attended GFree fest as a vendor. Delicious!”
“Modern tacos, good sauces and seasoning. A bit overrated and light on protein for the price but not much competition in the area so I’ll probably be back. Wish the menu had some more items like burritos/chimichangas/”
“Phenomenal food and speedy service makes El Sombrero Taqueria the best food option at the Solomon Pond Mall. I work here at the mall and their food keeps me sane. They genuinely care about their food quality and it absolutely shows!”
“Our family & Friends started a tradition this year by ending it and bringing in the new year with Thai food at the Thai Corner restaurant! I did RSVP a head of time, because we had 10-13 ppl joining us. This place was a comfortable atmosphere with delicious food! It’s refreshing to have a Very reliable staff. I like to try new food to taste Or just have my all time favorite Thai dish! What is great the location is close to WSC, and close enough to QCC if you’re craving some food. It’s a steady pace business with fresh food. There are plenty of tables to eat in or just order take out . The food came out hot and so fresh! Delicious!! This is definitely my new favorite place to eat or if I just want to order a ice tea! I do prefer the lavender milk tea myself ! All I have to say is try something new & different on the menu. You will not be disappointed! “Incredible food and amazing service, they hosted us for a book club and everything was perfect. Best ham and cheese crepe and the most wonderful cream puffs, perfect service.”
“Attended bridal shower and it was perfect from beginning to end. Everyone complemented the food, service was excellent and all flowed so smoothly. Will be back to try out the restaurant!”
“What a great find in Worcester. We arrived with no reservations on a Sunday night. The place was packed, however the staff found a place for us and gave us a wonderful meal. We will definitely be back.”
“I love this place HIGHLY RECOMMEND ? their meat lovers sandwich is hands off the best in town. Great staff and it’s Family friendly place to hang out.Kid-friendliness: Always come here with my daughter they have games and comfy couch”
“A delightful experience. The ramen is outstanding, my favorite is the spicy tonkotsu ramen with chashu pork. Exceptional customer service with a warm greeting and attentive staff. A hidden gem offering yummy food. Definitely deserves a visit!”
“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! Fantastic service, incredible food, and kindness are a winning combination!”
“Vivacity Nutrition is amazing and more than just a place to drink a smoothie! The variety and customization is next level and Maddie has created a safe space for people to connect, relax and be themselves. Anytime I walk in there Maddie greets me with love and authenticity no matter what she has going on in her life. Her staff are friendly, have good customer service and make a great drink! I look forward to stopping in for so many reasons. Best place to get drinks in town hands down!”
“Hands down the best Shrimp Tacos in MassI’ve tried their Chicken tacos and The Alote Corn. The Shrimp tacos are their best it’s definitely a MUST TRY!!!Family oriented business I love how they are showing the little ones early on about entrepreneurship ??❤️”
“Birthday celebration at Brady’s. Chef brought out a 4 week aged Tomahawk steak for the birthday boy. Brian took excellent care of us and made most of our meal/wine decisions, which I appreciated. The best dessert - toffee top pudding. We will be planning our next event here”
“I found myself in Worcester yesterday and searched for vegan food online and found Belmont Vegetarian among others listed. After seeing several pictures of dishes I decided to go! And I’m glad I did! Belmont Vegetarian (where everything is vegan) was delicious and in heaping portions. There’s a smaller (but still big) container for only $17 and change and a giant container (which I obviously got) for $19 and change. I got BBQ, mac n cheese, rice , beans, and chickpeas, and some sweet n sour steak. They also make their own delicious juice with sea moss. I got watermelon. The place is set up for takeout mostly with only 2 dining tables.Definitely worth the drive from NH!”
“This place is amazing. Central Mass does not have a lot of vegan comfort food spots so I was happy when this place opened. I’ve been vegan for 16 years and the “chickun” sandwich and (juicy af) breakfast sandwich may be the best I’ve had anywhere.”
“Been in Worcester 5 years and I dont know how ive never heard of this place even though I've been next door at the pizza place when I was new to the city.I just played it safe with the italiano, but it was exceptional. This is the archetype of an italian sub. If I had a friend that had never heard of an italian sub before, I'd take them here.11 dollars but its pretty damn big and has a lot of meat. Bread is fresh and makes the sandwich.”
“I got the best gelato and frozen yogurt with even better customer service. Definitely coming back!?Parking: There were no problems with parking. Many spots right in front of the door”
“Made my first trip to Root and Press yesterday and I will be back. What a great place! Ordered the Purple Cow and it was very refreshing. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich and Aloha Chicken Panini were delicious. Staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating to food sensitivities.”
“We had breakfast for the first time this morning celebrating my Dad’s birthday. Dishes came out as ready, at peak deliciousness, prepared with love, and beautifully plated. I had the Portuguese Benedict - two perfectly poached eggs, well griddled spicy Portuguese chouricio served over a Portuguese muffins with hollandaise. My son loved his Hash Bowl, Dad the western omelette and my Mom a pancake. I ordered an extra pancake for the ta8ble delicate, airy, and delicious. The coffee is great. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and you can tell they love working at B & B. We will be back soon and often.”
