A friend and I came in for lunch, and ordered from that menu. They bought a burger, and I got the chicken sandwich. Only 2 other customers were there. Service was a bit slow, and we had to ask for ketchup and utensils when food came out. Also unfortunately the chicken sandwich was pretty gross. Scalding hot, (I burnt my mouth pretty bad) rubbery and the flavor was off... I think they microwaved it. Overall, I know I'm not looking for top notch service from a BWW. The waitress was great, seems like the quality of wings is getting worse every time I visit. My husband got the brisket sandwich and it was gross, we usually like the gristle on the beef however this sandwich was 95 percent fatty meat and 100 percent salty.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Went to dinner last night with my wife and daughter. Only one waitress typical with a few places these day Especially mid week. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich, my wife had the southern chicken sandwich and my daughter had boneless Honey bbq chicken wings . Order came in a timely manner and the meals were cooked well and tasty.
