This particular Dunkin’ Donuts location has poor customer service. The picture attached is my order of a nitro cold brew with cold foam. I did not drink out of it, this is how it was given to me. I was a dunks. They are basically the same. The young man that took my order was not pleasant. I said hello, he didn't say anything to me. I ordered hot food and i waited in the pickup line. Other people were ahead of me so I started to look at my phone. My food was just sitting on the counter. Noone said anything to let me know it was ready. The customer that came after me said " I think that is your food". Not very good service this day. Food was ok. Kind of warm but not hot...read full review
