We ordered chicken biryani, curry fish, and a vegetarian dish (spinach, mattar-aloo, and chick peas), which came with rice and naan, mild spicing (as requested). The food was served piping hot (temperature), one of my top criteria for quality. Flavor was excellent, with just the right hint of pepper to tittilate the taste buds. If eating in, see if you can get the naan fresh off the tandoor on a plate. Ignore the atmosphere and enjoy the food! The portions will satisfy big appetites.
[3.5/5] Simple and clean interior with a decent amount of tables. Got to try their lunch thali - you're choice of 3 entrees plus rice and naan and it was only $10.95. I chose chicken vindaloo, chicken curry, & Chana masala. Their serving was really generous and I left stuffed for that price point compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. The only thing I was disappointed by was the spice levels. Vindaloos should be spicy but it was about as spicy as their mild chicken...read full review
