I came in and a old looking guy was there with an aidditude and being rude.. I came in there telling him what i wanted he gave me a dirty look and he was saying “what do u want” after i js told him what I wanted and he was being mad disrespectful yall gotta fire this man unt
I tried to order at this location today and wanted to use a coupon. Even though on the coupon it says, redeemable in any subway, Ive been told they do not accept coupons. I asked him why and he said he just doesnt accept it, didnt give me any reason. (I guess he is the manager or owner) he said he is both lol…..a horrible customer service. Its not that he didnt accept coupon, if you decide on something, you gotta have a reason and have to be explaining your reason to your customer!...read full review
