Ordered a big order online, but waited 20 extra minutes from pick up time, when the restaurant was almost empty! Waiters definitely weren’t busy, because they were just standing there. I can not blame them, but something was wrong in the kitchen. There was another person waiting for his order too and it just took forever. Inconsistent and inconsiderate service.The takeout counter cashier forgot about me and only handed me my order when those who ordered food after me got their food first. Which means I waited an extra 10 minutes or so for no reason.The cashier addressed other customers by name when giving them their food and asked them if they needed utensils.Despite making me 10 minutes longer than I should have, she did not address me by my name, offered no hint of apology or any explanation...read full review

I felt very uncomfortable, and the owner was very condescending and made me feel unwelcome. I just want anyone who goes here to be wary of how they treat you. Normally Buffalo Wild Wings has excellent service, but I can’t say I felt that way with the manager here. He was extremely rude and refused to investigate the mens bathroom, even though multiple customers reported an off smelling odor, which I also smelt. Other than that, the service was on par.
