This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. Last time I picked up from the place there was only one person working in the store. Last time I had something delivered I was missing two items. I tried calling the store twice but no one picked up.It’s a real shame. This Potbelly location is in the middle of a busy shopping center here in Burlington. You'll find the same menu here as at all other Potbellys across the country, which for me means that their hot, savory sandwiches are the way to go. My favorites include the wreck, pizza melt, and chicken club, but on this visit I decided to shake things up a bit and try the meatball. Deliciously toasted sandwich! We did an order to go and showed up early so sat and waited. Such amazing customer service. I was highly impressed with the way customers were interacted with. We got two different milkshakes that were tasty. Definitely give the eggnog a try! Highly impressed with the orders being right and everything together. Thank you for a great experience. Definitely worth it.
