It started really well with great small plates that we took as starters, which set high expectations for large plates. However, main were nowhere close to the level of the starters, we had salmon and couscous.The place itself is quite simple but cozy, so no complaints, but nothing special as well.The service is super friendly, but a little slow, and I didn't like that they automatically add 18% gratuity, and then list extra space for tip on top of the gratuity

A small but beautifully decorated place on the busy Mass Ave. The restaurant seats no more than 20 tables, so a reservation is highly recommended. We came here on a very busy night, Valentine's Day, so the experience may not be representative of a typical night. The staff is exceptionally friendly, but service is slow. Dined with friends and had a fabulous meal. Everything was delicious, great service and good wine, all at a very reasonable price. The katantika was an amazing appetizer. The salmon tagine and whole bass were spectacular. Dessert was excellent. We will be back again!
