I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with an EXTRA sausage and I still only received 1 Patty instead of the 2 that I paid for. Last week I got a coffee and asked for oatmilk, I got almond milk, which did not taste as good as I was expecting oatmilk.The service is good and I order ahead, however I expect my order to be what I purchased. Please make it right
My cup had a slow leak that I noticed while it was on the pickup shelf, but this store is the only one in this area that does my mobile order right the first time and has it on-time, so it evens out in my opinion and I didn't call it out. This location is well-lit, pretty well-staffed by comparison to the one around the corner, and the staff are nicer. They have a drive-thru too if that's your thing.
