Whenever I feel like I don't have control over my life, or I am plagued with fear of the unknown, I place a mobile order here; knowing with 100% confidence that they will forget the donut, and I will have to wait in line and ask for the donut after receiving the rest of my items.With that said the staff are nice, despite probably being understaffed. The food is always up to standard as well.
Just tired of the new guy getting my orders wrong. If the order says American cheese, why would you put that disgusting white oily white cheddar. I'm done with this store. I'll never been that rude customer complaining about my order in store. I'll just make an honest review and spend my money somewhere else and I recommend likewise for anyone else.

The ladies/guys who work there are always attentive. You can see they are hard workers who probably have a family at home. But management DOESN'T ALLOW them to get tips! Every other coffee shop in the US allow their employees to make tips. Why is so special about Dunkin, that even "running" the country, it doesn't allow their poor workers to take a few extra bucks home everyday?
