Justin and Elijah were great. So professional and courteous.Justin is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly and clearly explained the work that was done and problems that should be fixed. He took pictures, which he is emailing to me, along with a detailed list of what was done and what needed to be done. I will request Justin and Elijah to do our inspections and work in the future.
Brad and Nick were very communicative about their estimated arrival time. Very much appreciated on that front! They were professional, informative, and efficient during the inspection and cleaning. They made sure I understood the work that was done and the findings in the report. Called yesterday for an appointment and was able to get it for the following morning! Tyrone and Kevin inspected and cleaned my chimney. They arrived within the block of time and were very professional and polite. Tyrone explained why the 4 walls needed to be replaced along with the rusted cap. He showed me the picture of the rusted cap. He called and arranged for the next appointment. They also put a tarp down and cleaned the area before leaving.
