Most perfect fries I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Better than some (non fast food) restaurants I’d say!I’ve been here 4 times. Highly efficient and polite service without fail (and amazing fries). The manager def trained everyone well!
Definitely check out this Shack Shack. Great food, Highly recommend this place and great place for the Harvard students to eat and order their food. Absolutely excellent service and Staff.

wish i could give 10 stars. first time at this location and i ordered on the tablets (along with 6 OTHER people putting orders in) and only waited exactly 7 minutes for my food (two burgers two fries 2 shakes) And everyone picking up mobile orders and walk-in orders were handled in a EXTREMELY time-responsive manner. the person manning the pickup window/counter was checking everyones name on their order and receipt. making sure the right items were inside their bags. the kitchen...read full review
