So bummed Zumes just isn’t the same anymore. Used to live in Charlestown and I took a detour while in the area to stop in. The staff was so incredibly rude I couldn’t even believe it. My breakfast sandwich was sooo dry that I could barely eat it, so I politely went to the side counter to ask for a pack of butter. Good place to chill out for a sec and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you’re coming looking for specialty coffee, you might want to head elsewhere. They serve Atomic so I thought it would be solid, but espresso beverages are prepared carelessly with no attention to milk quality and shots are very long/overextracted. They have a good selection for flavors and beverage options though.

Would absolutely recommend Zume’s !! I’ve been visiting them for breakfast and coffee for a few years now and the service, the personal touch, and the quality of food is always excellent!
