I wanted this place so bad to be a hit. And I might go back to give it another try. I never been before this trip. I'm a fan of hooters wings. Just as a family man. I'm not interested in the atmosphere they have. The wings were cold. Like they sat back there for way too long. Waitress didn't seem to pay attention to our needs. Honestly I believe if they stepped their game up with better help I could see myself returning. But as expensive as things are these days. I work to hard for my money to be wasting it on bad service and cold food.

Always a big BWW fan. Typical food. Everything taisted good. Orders were correct. Waitress was very friendly. The place was clean. The place could use a little more parking, but still worth going to.

Haven't been here I such a long time. My son wanted salt and vinegar wings for his birthday on Friday. Very disappointed especially for the 108 dollar bill. The appetizers were super cold and the chicken wings were soggy and very greasy. We ordered Jack and Pepsi waitress told us they had regular Jack and it turned out to be Honey Jack which is not a good mix with Pepsi at all. The drink was changed but really sad how just to get our orders the wait staff said they had something they clearly don't. ?

My son's pick as we were away for a basketball tournament. Service was good, place was nice, but the food was not so good. My wife had loaded nachos and were anything but loaded. Not much for toppings and mostly chips. The rest of us had wings, tiny little wings. I mean these wings must have came from tiny little baby chickens. I mean I had 10 wings and was still hungry. I don't mind paying the shot for wings, but not these mini flappers. I saw a burger come out and that looked decent, but stay away from the wings and nachos.

Ordered for a party for to go. The wings were dry and seem not so fresh.. the French fries tasted like they’re made couple days before.. and that’s not the first time we’re really disappointed with buffalo wings. Will never order from them

hello!i love my buffalowild wings in chicopee. i would absolutely adore if they added beatbox drinks to their amazing drink menu!! beatboxes are full of flavor and pack that punch with the 11.1% alcohol content. please consider adding these to your chicopee store! thank you!

Some food arrived earlier then others, and was cold. Other sandwiches were incomplete (bun missing). I'm happy to say that no mustard went on my burger but the bacon was also forgotten. Kind of confusing being waited on by 4 different people. ?
First time at Baffalo Wild Wings and boy was it good. First off the music was good the service was great and food was delicious. Bek was my waitress and she was the best. We ordered the cheese curd bacon cheese burger with tots and the wings boneless combo with fried. Half hot bbq and half garlic parmesean. Definitely will be going back.

It was a slow day but the waiter was very good. He was friendly and right on top of everything. Food was good, loved the onion rings.Kid-friendliness: Kids( teenagers) love to order from the menu. So the wings can be whatever they want them to be, Hot, mild, teryaki, BBQ.

The food was good when it finally arrived. The place only had half the tables open. Ordered a drink and an app to start. Watched a table of 7 with a different server come in, get seated, got drinks, and then got food before i could even get a pepsi. My app and food came out at the same time. My fried pickles were undercooked and all stuck together like they had been defrosted for too long before cooking. I got the street tacos and never got the salsa that was supposed to come with the chips. I asked a couple of times for the salsa, but i was ignored. Ate my food without it. Still, my drink hasnt arrived. I had to get water from the bar, but I never got my originally ordered pepsi. The server was clueless. Took almost 2 hours. Nov 20
