The employees seem to despise customers all the way up to the managers. Not only have I experienced multiple instances of rude regular employees here, but the managers here hate dealing with people so much that they shut off the lights 15 to 30 minutes prior to closing. They are intentionally making the restaurant appear closed to the public whilst they commit time-theft upon, I suppose, their unwitting boss. The excuse today, after I knocked on the drive-thru window, after I waited at the menu for 5 minutes to no avail, was that they were understaffed... I witnessed three people there, more than enough to serve a couple of burgers. It was 15 minutes to closing when I went through the drive thru, and when I initially drove by 15 minutes earlier, the lights were all off on the whole restaurant. The manager offered a free meal, and I turned it down because I explained that I do not want food from people who obviously go out of their way to avoid customers. I don't want food that would likely be tampered with because I disturbed their relaxing paid break. What I do want is for employees to do their jobs while on the clock. If you don't like your job, find another! I have witnessed this place appearing closed way before actual closing MANY times in the past. Possibly, they are short staffed due to all the time theft, messing around on the clock, and general apathy toward their job responsibilities. Profits affect employment people. See other reviews if you doubt me. Hopefully, BK Corporate comes to the rescue!

No one in the drive thru but still waited 10mn. Fast food isnt so fast
Service was horrible. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line, you could see 2 of their employees through the back window playing around. I get to the window to pay my order and the shuts the window in my face and starts making had gestures with attitude. I drove off without getting my order. Their Customer Service is disgusting!! They need new staff or new management for sure!!

Super, super painfully slow (Memorial Drive, Chicopee, MA). Waited forever and store was not busy. My Junior Whopper was cold. Didn't ask for another because service was so slow. Staff moving in slow motion. Could hear a lot of chatting through window. Couldn't complete survey online because receipt was blurry for restaurant #. Called the store and asked for the number but was evidently given the wrong number because it didn't work on survey. We used to come here a lot. Doubt we will ever again.
