Very disappointed. When our party of 12 are the only patrons in your bar for the evening ... The owner refuses to change the tv station to something not morbid.. Then refuses to turn the volume up on the paid jukebox. Just created a vibe I don't want to be a part of. We will take our office partys elsewhere going forward. Also our DD asked for popcorn and was refused since he wasnt a "paying customer" shocked.. But now I understand why the bar is empty when ever we get there.

Arriving at Chiefs to watch Monday nightfootball was exciting as my coworkers invited me weeks ago. A player was unexpectedly hurt so bad early in the game that the game was canceled for the night. After about 30 minutes of depressing repetitive rhetoric we collectively (our party of 12 or so) had to ask the owner who is also the bartender several times to please change some of the tvs as every single TV had the same depressing thing. So since the owner was unwilling to change what was on the tv.. we went to the juke box. Multiple people in the party asked the owner to turn up the volume and he was unwilling.. strike 2.. as an organized group of coworkers we also invited a young man who does not drink along with us. He was our designated driver and a valued part of our staff and work family. We all played pool and cards for hours. When our designated driver asked for some pop corn out of the popcorn machine that was already made. The owner denied him saying that it was only for paying customers. He turned our friend away. Embarrassing and cringeworthy.It is worth noting that our organized party of roughly 12 people were the ONLY patrons that came in all night. The best thing Chiefs could do is to hire a new bartender. The horrible customer service (if you want to even call it that) from the owner is why the bar is always empty and why we will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible experience, beware Mario the worst owner/bartender. Zero service skills, unfriendly, and money hungry. Any other bar would be a better choice
