Drive thru employees are always on point only time I’d not go is at night closer to closing time when they seem to be understaffed. The morning crew is top notch for any McDonalds I’ve been to. When the apps codes don’t go through management often just hand inputs a discount unlike other restaurant locations. The atmosphere is great it just seems like when you go inside you are tended to less promptly then while in drive thru but nothing is perfect and it’s always clean.
If this is the one im thinking of yeah theyve been on a role fxking up orders lately just call corporate to fire these fools

The only problem I have with McDonald's is when you have a reward you should be able to use it. So if you put a deal in your cart and then you decide to redeem your reward, it takes out your deal which cancels it for the day. That's kind of foolish, what kind of reward is that a reward is a reward not to step

The food was better than the previous one I stopped at.. NOT cold, n i couldn't stop til I devoured it ALL! I wasn't very happy about the boy behind the register. He almost seemed annoyed as he took my basic simple order. He didn't give me a total, just stared at me waiting for my money until I asked, is this my total? I got a quick "yea" from him and not a peep as I thanked him and wished him a good night! He wasn't outwardly rude, it was just the lack of words or smile that felt quite rude and disrespectful. As for the atmosphere, I've seen inside this place many times b4, and have NEVER seen it so messy. Tables all dirty with sticky dried up food and soda on at least 3 tables. A small amount of trash left on couple of them. It's a shame because it's one location with a fancier interiors than others. I believe it was just the staff on that day and shift.. Only time will tell now. I want to revisit JUST to see if it's always like this now, or NOT. If so I recommend drive thru instead! Food was great so im not ready to write it off entirely!P.s. of COARSE no ice cream or milk shakes on that visit. It's not right for me to assume they just didn't want to BOTHER with the machines, but I can't help but think that on this particular shift. I hear it's a common thing from many locations these days.
