Worse service I ever had food was old and the they forgot the fries and they forgot gave the chocolate milk we stand for a while waiting to get service everyone just looking us no one Saif anything they were talking and they so us and didn't said anything I definitely will not recommend to go that McDonald'

Chicopee one better than the Westfield one at night time. Seems like a better crew on
Zero star. 12/31/23 at around 3pm, I made a simple order- large French fries and two beef patties. I paid and waited patiently. The manager came up asking the cashier what she had done. Not knowing it was about my order. She refused to process the order saying she couldn’t do plain beef patties. I told her ok, charge me for a whole Big Mac and take out the buns and just give me the patties. She said No! I tried to tell her I travel for work and that is how I always get my meals, she still said No. Well, I demanded a refund. At this point her attitude was up on a high horse. As I walked out she said “you can google the corporate number and take it out with them” What a joker. I drove less than a mile down the street and I got the meal I wanted, no questions asked. This place will never get one red cent from me. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.
Went to drive thru the screen said $15.30 got to the window they charged 25 something didn't give receipt. Went inside tried to get receipt they couldn't find it I was so mad about the situation I didn't check my bag til I got home was missing a breakfast sandwich. Not happy with the service.

I ordered the Big Mac combo meal with a medium drink and fries. The fries were good. The Big Mac had a strange aftertaste that I could not quite identify, almost as though I were swallowing with a milkshake, but not pleasant. Maybe Big Macs have always tasted like that but I only noticed now because I have not eaten one in years, so my palette was more sensitive. I’m not sure the reason for the strange taste, but I will no longer dine at McDonald’s. I’ll only be going there to charge my phone and use the bathroom.
