I love Moes, I live down the street and go there often. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but there’s this one lady who is so rude. It wasn’t just the first time, there’s been a few. Anytime you ask for something on your taco she roles her eyes. Her attitude really sucks. I always tip everywhere I go but I just couldn’t bring myself to tip her. I tipped the other lady that served my husband. I understand it’s fast food but you’re also working for tips and that just not a way to make them. The whole room feels that vibe.

So there Friar was broken and didn't have chips or couldn't make any of the hard toco part for the Stack so they Compromised and use something else and it was wonderful and there are super nice would be come a normal here

I was in the area for a business meeting this week and we had to order food for delivery. We chose this Moe's location and placed the order. It was canceled the first time and then our third party vendor fixed it for us. The meals were okay but they did not give us the cookies that are supposed to come with the boxed lunches. It was a bit disappointing. Also, the order that was canceled, the lunches were 9.99. The new order was $12 per box so I'm guessing it was canceled because they wanted the higher price. Could have at least included the cookies especially with the new higher price. Food was okay and on time. Their DoorDash person was excellent and we made sure she got a nice tip. They also said they would not include guacamole on the meals that people requested it for so we had to order the sides of guac with chips. Since everyone got two sets of chips, there was a ton of waste. The best part was, they did actually put guac in the meals that requested it despite saying no. They definitely need to work this out. This location is pretty mediocre compared to most Moe's I've been to. They are usually really great so I was sad this one was not on par with other locations I've ordered from.

I haven't been to Moe's in a while, so I chose to go there over Chipotle. It was pathetic. The rice and beans they used were old. I had to ask not to have the few beans they were trying to scrape out of the container. The rice was hard. The salsa bar was almost empty and the portion sizes were tiny. Guess I'm going back to Chipotle next time.

I came in to moes 3/24/22 a little after 1pm, there was a man an a woman working. They were busy due to multiple orders from two customers ahead of me, and a bunch of online orders to fill. You could see the fast pace they were working to keep everyone moving in and out quickly. I wanted to say they slammed out lunch rush, took care of everything and even had the place clean. They both deserve some recognition for their hard work.

My family and I travel a lot and on Sundays we will often stop at Moes because we like their food and they offer a free kids meal with each adult meal on Sundays. Well we have three boys and after spending a fortune everywhere else it’s good to know a company like Moes offers a deal to families. We were traveling back from Boston and stopped here at this one. When my wife asked for our food and a tall white guy acted super annoyed with us and our free kids meals and I even heard him complaining to the customer behind us about our “free meals”. Idk if it was coming out of his paycheck or what but I think next time I’ll just keep driving.

There is absolutely no flavor and barely had chicken … I asked for chipotle ranch and didn’t get any. When I asked them to cut it they gave an excuse about it being too messy and ended up plopping it in another tortilla that was cold. The employees had lots of conversation about the manager and customers instead of being attentive to us. Terrible experience. It was my first time trying this place and I’d NEVER eat here again. Chipotle is better.

My boyfriend and I came in to this Moe's location to get some quick food on the way to Six Flags. I got a simple bowl because my stomach was bothering me, but I ended up not liking the guacamole because it was not fresh and did not taste great. No worries though, I decided to ask for something else and the staff member working was hesitant and annoyed to make me something else. They then gave my boyfriends food to someone else. They were slightly careless and did not care about making sure you're happy with you're food. However, the quesadilla I got remade for me was good! I think you just have to know what to get. Food has potential, customer service does not.
