As I was in the line telling the server what I wanted, i was looking through the glass to see what i wanted as this was my first time having chipotle, the worker started putting tomatoes on the bowl even though I didn’t say I wanted them. I visited Chipotle today and was disappointed to find that they were lacking essential ingredients. Despite our request for sour cream, the staff refused to check and assist us. The lady at the counter was particularly rude and did not make an effort to address the issue. This is not the first time I have experienced such service at this location. Went at 10:30pm and the lady at the counter said she won’t give us the bowl cause nothing was there.
