The young woman who assisted me at the counter was the brightest part of the whole experience. I had a steak and cheese sub with grilled onions. The bread was not fresh. The ends were hard and the outside shell of it crumbled and flaked apart as I ate. The meat was dry and it tasted funny. Liked it had been out of the fridge too long,there wasn't much cheese, and I could have possibly counted the onions. Pizza was good but very disappointed by the state of the inside of the restaurant- shabby appearance, lack of cleanliness. Used to be a favorite but not sure I’ll be back anymore.

Ordered here for years. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight....basically crust,sauce...hardly no cheese or toppings. Usually don't complain but it was horrible! When I called to voice concern I got sorry we will do better next time....no offer of any redo or compensation....very disappointed.
